​The goodwill visit in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri at the rural area in Belait District jointly-organised by the three ministries, namely Ministry of Development, Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications and Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports aims to foster close relations and channel the Government's concern for the well-being and welfare of the longhouses community in the district. Through the whole-of-nation approach, some efforts will continue to be focused on initiatives that have the greatest impact on the daily lives of rural residents.

The facilities provided by the Government improve the standard of living of the population.
